Overview:

As AT professionals, our main goal consists of providing tools, strategies and access to the user’s needs. Transitions from K-12 into a community living, higher educational or vocational setting can sometimes be rather challenging. Through this webinar, come learn through case studies and national best practices how technology can address Job Accommodations, organization, time management and behavior supports to address social integration and success for individuals with disabilities.

Learning Objectives:

1. Participants will learn about the current disability employment statistics and job analysis tools to support job accommodations.

2. Participants will identify features in the accommodation hierarchy through case studies, to support technology integration into various transitional settings.

3. Participants will identify strategies and tools used to support persons with disabilities to support their self-determination in organization, time management and behavior issues.
