Overview: All people deserve the opportunity for employment. Come join us and learn about an array of workplace accommodations to address the needs of individuals of all disabilities ( employees with cognitive, physical and sensory impairments). A variety of accommodations (low tech strategies, off the shelf technology tools and custom built, one-off devices) will be highlighted through real world case study examples. Participants will also be provided with an array of resources to ensure continued learning.

Learning Objectives:

1. Participants will be able to describe use of a feature matching protocol for AT selection.

2. Participants will be able identify accommodation ideas to meet a variety of consumer needs including mainstream products, commercially available AT, and customized solutions in a variety of price ranges.

3. Participants will be able to identify and contact free resources for identifying accommodation ideas including the Job Accommodation Network.
