Chapter 3, by Winifred Schultz-Krohn, PhD, OTR/L, BCP, SWC, FAOTA, summarizes assessment tools that can be used to develop an occupational profile and guide occupational therapy intervention that is client centered and collaborative in nature. Many of these tools were also designed to address the results of occupational therapy intervention using changes in self-reported abilities as outcome measures.
