This session will describe the use of evidence-based visual support interventions to support autistic children's participation in occupations. Case studies will integrate evidence-based practice of adapting visual supports, such as visual cueing systems, timers, schedules, power cards, and others. Therapists will gain insight into literature and best practices of visual support use to promote increased participation and independence in daily living activities for autistic children.
