Participants will explore the development of autism research and preliminary findings of the primary presenter's research with autistic adults on their perspectives of childhood therapy experiences. After review of the literature, participants will apply new learning to case studies, including occupational profile development, goal setting, and intervention planning using a neurodiversity-informed approach. (Note: identity-first language is preferred by most autistic individuals.)
