This short course will highlight two innovative OT-led public health initiatives in Uganda and Costa Rica developed and initiated through collaboration with an NGO and local health care providers.
Following this presentation, the practitioner will be able to:
· Discuss how to develop sustainable global health partnerships.
· Describe the components of successful global health projects that can enhance the public health and well-being of clients in low- to middle-resource countries.
