This presentation will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to develop a comprehensive plan for enhancing diversity, inclusion, and equity in their academic programs. Participants will develop a strategic plan for recruitment, admissions, and curriculum design using case examples from multiple academic programs.
Following this presentation, the practitioner will be able to:
· Discuss strategies and resources to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in OT programs, including recruitment, holistic admissions, and curriculum development.
· Identify knowledge, skills, and resources to develop organizational strategic plans to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic programs.
