Course Description:
AOTA LEAD 360° supports your leadership growth through a unique, multifaceted program that recognizes leadership doesn’t just work in one direction. AOTA LEAD 360° is AOTA’s new Leadership Program, consisting of three levels of programming, beginning with Mapping the Journey in Fall 2022. Mapping the Journey consists of four modules of learning spread across 4 weeks, with virtual, synchronous (weekly) and asynchronous learning opportunities. The program will focus on introducing key elements for all leaders and specifically developing the path forward. Participants will identify where on the journey they will find their best fit for continued leadership development and growth. At the conclusion of the Mapping the Journey program participants will have developed an individualized development plan and a recommended path forward to advance their leadership development with additional programming.
