Program description: Have you ever wanted to make a change in your clinical practice, but aren’t sure where to start? This session will introduce attendees to two different frameworks for quality improvement that can be used alone or together to address challenges, overcome barriers, and advance occupational therapy practice across settings. Participants will learn about three specific tools to get started on their quality improvement journey, and learn how to apply those tools to a case study from a pediatric hospital-based setting.
