This webinar session will provide opportunities to frame student learning objectives in the context of learning plans aimed at promoting targeted growth for students struggling on level II fieldwork.

· Develop growth-centered learning plans to support students and fieldwork educators in challenging situations.

SPEAKERS
Jeanette Koski, OTD, OTR/L
Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and Associate Professor, Lecturer at the University of Utah, Department of Occupational and Recreational Therapies. Responsible for teaching adult neurological interventions, coordinating community client experiences for students and standardized patient competencies, mentoring graduate academic students related to performance on fieldwork, conducting research in the area of teaching and learning (emphasis on clinical education), and performing university and community service including teaching clinical educator and academic fieldwork coordinator training courses.

Occupational therapist and fieldwork educator. Trainer for the AOTA Fieldwork Educator Certificate workshop and staff clinician at Metrodora Institute medical and research center focused on advancing care for patients with complex, multisystem disorders.
