The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) is committed to a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive profession by developing DEI resources to strengthen occupational therapy practitioners' contribution to a healthy and engaged community. Integrating DEI in Academic Curricula Part 1 course focuses on the importance of DEI in academic and practice settings, defines diversity, equity, and inclusion, and challenges learners to reflect on what DEI means to you and your clients.
