Select a challenging issue in your practice and develop and submit a leadership plan—using the provided resources—to address the issue you identified.  To successfully complete this CE activity, you will submit your plan to course instructor, Jean Polichino, for personalized feedback and suggestions.

Learning Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the learner will:
1. Identify a personally relevant issue in school practice creating a barrier to best practices.
2. Select a leadership activity (from a list of activities provided in the chapter) that would influence the personally relevant issue toward best practices.
3. Develop and submit a leadership plan (feedback provided by the course author on the submitted plan).
